Returns & Refunds policy
Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds are available only for non-sale items. Products purchased on sale are considered final and are not eligible for refunds or returns unless a verified manufacturing defect is identified. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the product. All refunds are subject to a 5% processing fee to cover third-party warehouse cancellation costs.
Refunds will not be issued for requests made after the 14-day period or for items that fail to meet our return criteria. Additionally, all shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Conditions for returns:
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The goods were received in the last 14 days
The goods are in the original packaging
The product must be in the same condition as received
The following goods cannot be returned:
The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized
The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Returning Goods:
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address that will be presented to your mail.
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your product arrives damaged or defective, you must report the issue immediately. To process the claim, you must provide:
Detailed photos of the product and packaging
A clear description of the defect
